Questions
- Where does the investor data come from?
- SEC Form D filings (every venture fund and deal vehicle that raises money in the US files one), SEC investment adviser filings, the public Y Combinator directory and investors' own websites. Every record links to its sources with dates.
- What does “verified active” mean?
- The investor filed a new fund or deal vehicle, or one of its partners joined a startup's board on a Form D filing, within the last 12 months.
- Do you send emails for me?
- No. Drafts open in your own Gmail, Outlook or mail app, so replies land in your inbox and your sender reputation stays yours.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from Settings → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- Export your pipeline as CSV, then delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, pipeline, notes, lists and uploaded connections.
